About Me

“Sound is a huge influence on peoples’ attention.” – Walter Murch

I would describe myself as a dedicated Dubbing Mixer who enjoys working with actors and directors, who strives to communicate the story as well as deliver the final soundtrack. Contributing ideas and working closely with the crew is key to getting the most from the dialogue, foley and ambiance. Striving to always be creative!

Working as a Dubbing Mixer can be both very enjoyable and challenging on a creative level. After attaining my first professional film credit as Sound Supervisor for comedy-romantic short film Kill the Director (Dir. Greg Campbell, 2017), that’s when I realised that this is what I wanted to do. Sound is arguably a very important aspect in film, ranging all the way from pre-production to post-production. I believe that sound alone can help bring the greatest of emotions towards audiences, even from the smallest details such as the beeping sound effects of R2-D2 from Star Wars (1977), all the way up to the amazing scores created by brilliant composers such as John Williams, Harry Gregson-Williams, Hans Zimmer and Michael Giacchino.

Besides working as a Dubbing Mixer, I love to watch loads of films and television shows in my spare time! Anything that consists of great action, comedy, science fiction or fantasy.
